Laying Pellet
Woods Laying Pellet is a complete stock feed suitable for adult hens over 20 weeks of age, or at the point of lay, kept as a backyard flock or for commercial production. It is nutritionally balanced for protein, energy, minerals, and essential amino acids which are necessary for good hen health and egg production.
This pellet is a RAM free diet and is composed of milled grains, protein meals (soybean meal, canola meal, meat meal), food by-products (biscuit meal, millrun, etc.), macro-minerals, trace minerals and fat soluble and B complex vitamins. Hens can also be fed vegetable and garden scraps.
Feeding Guidelines
Poultry should be provided with free access to feed. Typically a laying hen will consume 100 - 130grams per day. This will vary depending on the size and breed of the poultry and general seasonal environmental conditions. Ensure that fresh, clean water is available at all times.
